Dear Sir, With due respect I want to draw your kind attention to the inhabitants of our locality. The people of our locality has been affected by the recently devastating cyclones. The area is under water for 10 days and it’s likely to continue for some more days. A large number of people have been affected. Some of them have lost their houses and have taken shelter on road. They have no food to eat. Moreover, diseases like diarrhoea, dysentery, fever, cough have broken out. The children and the old are the worst sufferers. Under these circumstances, we request you to come up with medicine, food, etc. for the affected people and oblige us thereby.
