Here is a simple recipe for making Hidden Valley Ranch dip:
Ingredients:

- 1 cup mayonnaise
- 1/2 cup sour cream
- 1/2 teaspoon dried basil
- 1/2 teaspoon dried dill weed
- 1/2 teaspoon dried chives
- 1/2 teaspoon dried parsley
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
Instructions:
- In a medium bowl, whisk together the mayonnaise and sour cream until well combined.
- Add the basil, dill weed, chives, parsley, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper to the bowl and stir until evenly distributed.
- Cover the bowl with plastic wrap and refrigerate the dip for at least 30 minutes to allow the flavors to meld.
- Give the dip a final stir before serving, and adjust the seasoning to taste.
